Organizations

Tour management is carried out within an organization, such as a production, a tourmanager, an association or any other structure that manages tours.

Organization members are the users who administer the tours.

Each tour is associated with an artist (singer, band, comedian, company, etc.).

Create an organization

After registering, you will be prompted to create an organization.

Click on the “Create an organization” button, then enter the name of your organization and submit.

If you were already an administrator in an organization, click “Create Organization” at the top of the sidebar.

Note

After creating an organization you are its owner.

Change organization name

Only the owner of an organization can change its name.

Select “Settings & Members” from the sidebar. When you hover over the name you will see the pencil icon appear which you must click to make the modification.

Switch organization

At the top of the sidebar you will find the name of the organization you are currently managing.

If you are a member of multiple organizations, clicking on the name will allow you to select the organization you want to manage.
