Organization member
An organization member is a user who manages tours within that organization.
Each organization member is assigned a role that determines the actions they can perform.
To access the management of organization members, select “Settings and members” in the sidebar.

Roles
There are 3 different roles:
- owner
- administrator
- tour manager
Owner
This is the person who created the organization. A user can only own one organization.
Rights:
- adding/removing members from the organization
- modification of the tours of the tour managers
- modification of the role of administrators and tour managers
- addition / modification / deletion of artists
- addition / modification / deletion of tours
- management of all tours (team, dates, schedules, etc.)
- adding / modifying / deleting places
Administrator
Right:
- modification of the tours of the tour managers
- modification of the role of tour managers
- addition / modification / deletion of artists
- addition / modification / deletion of tours
- management of all tours (team, dates, schedules, etc.)
- adding / modifying / deleting places
Tour manager
Right:
- management of the tours assigned to him (team, dates, schedules, etc.)
- adding places
- modification and deletion of the places he created
Add a member to the organization
Only the owner can perform this action.
To add a member to the organization, click the “Add Member” button.
The user must be registered with Corbac. You must enter the email address with which he registered and choose his role.
If you choose the role of tour manager, check the boxes corresponding to the tours to which he will have access.
Edit an organization member
Modifying a member of the organization, according to your rights, allows you to modify the role or tours of a tour manager. It uses the same form as the addition, without the email field.
Click the associated pencil icon to make the change.
Remove a member or leave the organization
Clicking on the trash icon associated with a member allows you, depending on your rights, to remove them from the organization.
If you perform this action on yourself, you will leave the organization.
